If Elected I Will:
 
  • Work to identify & support non-tax revenues
  • Push for reduced expenditures across the board
  • Continue to support zoning ordinances that enable Princeton seniors to age in place
  • Promote resident-oriented alternatives to Princeton University’s “Arts & Transit” plans, with a special emphasis on keeping the Dinky in its current location

Business owner since 1985 - As founder of Princeton Design Guild, I have led a team of architects, carpenters and craftsmen that has been successfully designing and constructing homes in the Princeton area for 25 years. PDG directly offers Princeton-area employment opportunities for 15-20 professional and trade staff.

Community arts producer-Together with many volunteers, I have created and built arts and public projects that gave attention to our town’s artistic forces: Quark Park, Writer’s Block, the Battle Monument lighting.

Community-based Planner - My work with Princeton Future has generated valuable input  on far-ranging issues such as growth of the downtown business district, future use of the Medical Center and Merwick sites  and development of the Witherspoon Street corridor.
